Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of SunnySide 24/7 AC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

SunnySide 24/7 AC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including but not limited to:

Installation of HVAC systems and equipment
Repair and maintenance services
Emergency HVAC services
System inspections and diagnostics
Indoor air quality solutions
Consultation and estimates

Service Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment Booking

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels
We will confirm all appointments via phone or email
Service windows are provided as estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours advance notice
Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control

Pricing and Payment

Service Rates

All prices are subject to change without notice
Estimates are provided free of charge but are not binding unless confirmed in writing
Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday services
Parts and materials are charged at current market rates plus applicable markup

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to past due accounts
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee plus any bank charges

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repair work but does not cover:

× Issues arising from modifications made by others
× Problems caused by acts of nature or external factors

Equipment and Parts

Equipment and parts carry manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty coverage limitations.

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

× Loss of use, profits, or business interruption
× Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
× Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects in customer property

Insurance Coverage

SunnySide 24/7 AC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about their HVAC systems and issues
Ensure safe and reasonable access to equipment
Remove personal property from work areas
! Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
Follow all manufacturer and technician recommendations for system operation

Property Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to HVAC equipment
! We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe
$ Additional charges may apply if extensive preparation is required to access equipment
Customers are responsible for securing pets during service visits

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SunnySide 24/7 AC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Emergency service requests will be prioritized based on severity and safety concerns
Response times may vary based on weather conditions, demand, and technician availability
$ Emergency service fees apply even if the issue cannot be immediately resolved

Environmental & Regulatory Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. We are licensed and insured to perform HVAC work in our service areas. Permit requirements and fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Modifications to Terms

SunnySide 24/7 AC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
